Hello everyone, happy Monday!
Somehow I’m already at Post 4 in this series of motivational posts which is crazy, but it’s amazing as I can help others to generally feel happier and more productive by doing simple little things!
I hope you’re all feeling positive (or you will be by the end of this post) and ready to start afresh (or progress) to where you want to be! More than likely you’re still in weekend mode, but it’s time to get out of that for now and go smash your goals for this week!

Of course, moving forward isn’t always a walk in the park, it might take multiple attempts to get to where you want to be. Mistakes are a common, totally normal thing and a step to success and as they say fall 7 times and stand up 8. Carry on and show people that you have drive and determination to achieve that goal… whether it be small like writing in a journal every week or large like starting a new job or getting through those exams. Whatever it is, make sure you are giving your all and doing your best. It is all anyone can ask for (including yourself) and that is good enough.
On this note, make sure you look after yourself and give yourself some time out once in a while, trust me you’ll thank yourself for it in the long run! You’ll be more relaxed and have more energy to keep pushing towards your goals!
Maybe January wasn’t as successful as you’d hoped it would be, or maybe it was better than expected, which ever it is, well done for getting through this month! Either way round, you’ve got 11 more months until the end of year and that’s 336 days from today to try again! Go figure out what’s causing you to feel unmotivated and try and solve it, I promise you – you’ve got this! Don’t give up, I know you can get there, so ☀️KEEP WALKING ON THE SUNSHINE ☀️
