Yes, it’s Monday. Yes it’s not the most exciting day of the week. But you can do some bits and bobs to make a bit more bearable and make it a good day of the week, especially if it’s your first week back at school, college, uni, or work. So here I am with some useful advice!
5 tips to a better Monday
Get up earlier than usual
By waking up half an hour early, you’ll give yourself more time to relax before you have to start doing work for the day.
Have A Shower
If you still feel half asleep, which I imagine you will, as I usually am, then this will make you open your eyes.
Make Your Bed
You’ll thank yourself when you come back and relax at the end of the day!
Refocus on your goals
See what you achieved last week and choose new or alter previous goals to complete this week and then do the same the weeks after to see how far you’ve come.
Read some positivity or create some (or both!)
Use Pinterest and have a read of some positive quotes to give you a boost to go out and be the boss of your life. Go out and give some compliments to people, they’ll appreciate it more than you think 🙂
