For many, today has be a day of festivities and family. For me, this’ll be later on, as I’ve been working, serving christmas lunch in a restaurant.
But this festive cheer isn’t the case for everyone in the world, in less developed countries, children will suffer from hunger, as they simply don’t have enough money to pay for food and there are people recovering from natural disasters and conflict and those who are without family. People are suffering in our country too and for other reasons, so please think about them and if you can, do your bit.
I would like to say thank you to all the people who are working this Christmas Day, including doctors, nurses, police and all the emergency services teams, as well as the people running Soup Kitchens for the homeless, and anyone else doing something to help.
To everyone, I hope you are having a merry Christmas 🎄🎅
