Hello! It’s Monday, a day which I know most people dread every week, after they’ve spent their weekend relaxing (or if you’re like me, being busy!), but I’m here to try and brighten up your day and give you a boost of positivity!
Obviously, the first thing that comes to mind here is QUOTES. So here are just a few that you need to hear today:
These are often a really good way to boost your mood and lift your spirits up, and looking back, I really should have read more of them during term time at uni as things haven’t always been easy.
The second thing which I think is important is music, especially on a Monday when all you want to is sleep, sleep and sleep some more. It’s time to get up and dance, or at least move your feet to the beat- it’s a way to de-stress (more about this on last Monday’s post)
