Xmas Blogging- Day 11- Things to do when you’re not feeling yourself

So, I’m going to list as many things as I can possibly think of, which you could do when you’re not feeling yourself, or need a bit of time time out! This time of year isn’t always positive for everyone and a lot of people also have deadlines, so here’s so tips to de-stress.

  1. Make a hot drink
  2. Get dressed, put on some comfortable clothes
  3. Take a long shower/bath
  4. Read a magazine
  5. Do some colouring
  6. Read a book
  7. Take a nap
  8. Have a snack
  9. Listen to music
  10. Watch some YouTube videos
  11. Talk to family and friends
  12. Take a walk
  13. Stretch
  14. Think of 10 things you have achieved that week/month/year
  15. Doodle
  16. Turn off your phone (and/or notifications)
  17. Take some photos
  18. Drink water
  19. Think of some short term goals
  20. Think of some long term goals

Think of 20 points is rather ironic as in 20 days, it’ll be next year!

So let’s try and stay positive this week, we’ve got this, we can do it!
