Start your week on a high!

Believe you can and you’re halfway there.                                                    

That’s something which is good to remember on a Monday morning, especially when you don’t want to drag yourself out of bed.

Monday is the perfect day to correct last week’s mistakes.    

Let’s say you did bad on a test, just skimming through it isn’t going to help you improve. Instead, you should look at it and see what you did well and what could be improved. Usually, if I’ve had a poor mark, then I’ll go through it, with the mark scheme, picking out the things I need to work on.

Positivity is what keeps you going.

It’s true when you are positive, you likely to be more productive.

Reflect on what happened last week and how you can make this week better.

Try and motivate yourself using these simple steps:

  1. Set some goals for your week- so you have something to focus on.
  2. Think of reasons why you want to achieve those goals.
  3. Start working towards those goals and keep reminding yourself throughout the week why you want to complete them.
